Is there a website to purchase tickets to attend the luau? We are visiting from abroad and will be in Okinawa at this time.

There are no charges to get in!! therefore there are no tickets. The only difficulty you may encounter is getting there!
The hotel parking is limited to the hotel guests, however there are some areas nearby such as the harbor and some public parkings. If you come to join us, please enjoy!!
